1: i noticed united countries because i am searching for an alliance which is active
2: no,they didn't attack me before and i am not avoiding them to raid me because i try my best to protect my resources.
3: i am playing this game for 7 months and i am learning fast about this game,i know i didn't know all about this game but with a good alliance and a proper guidance i know i can be a good player.
4: i am a player that likes to raid,but as a gaul player i also know how to play defense
5: yeah i have checked and understand the rules and i believe that as a member or in any group,alliance or organization there is rules and every members should follow it.
6: no i didn't know any member of this alliance.but i am friendly and easy to cope with different types of people.
7: i am located on southwest and my coordinates is -214|-206
8: as i have said i am just playing this game for 6 to seven months.but this account is only 2 or 3 months old.on every account that i have i am hoping to make it to the end game.because i got 4 accounts on server 2,1,9,and speed server.
9: my population is 689 the reason behind that is because i am on a bad location or i didn't any have farms to raid with so i am trying to be self sufficient and relying on my own resources but i am still try and try to raid villages hoping to get more resources.and i am online 8 to 12 hours a day..
10: i choose this alliance because i want an active alliance,and i left my previous alliance because they are inactive.the leaders are useless and inactive.how we they can motivate guide or be a succesful leaders if they are inactive.

He's right next to me (and i do want some UC neighbors...) and has indeed not given me resources when i tried to raid, so no objections from me.
i was kinda thinking about asking you to apply anyway
